Step by step
Shut off the water supply valves under the sink.
Remove the faucet handle (pry off the cap, remove the screw).
Pull out the cartridge or stem/washer assembly - bring it to the hardware store to match.
Install the new cartridge or washer and O-rings.
Reassemble, turn water back on, and test for drips.
