Step by step
Check that both safety sensors near the floor are aligned facing each other (steady light, not blinking).
Clean the sensor lenses of dust, cobwebs, or condensation.
Remove any object blocking the sensor beam.
Gently loosen and realign a sensor bracket if the light is blinking/misaligned.
Test by closing the door and waving an object through the beam - it should reverse.
