Step by step
Turn off the gas supply and unplug the range.
Remove the oven bottom panel to access the igniter.
Disconnect the wire harness and mounting screws, then remove the old igniter.
Install the new igniter, matching wire connections and mounting.
Restore gas/power and test the oven; if unsure about gas lines, hire an appliance tech.
