Step by step
Clean the driveway thoroughly, removing oil stains and debris.
Fill cracks and potholes with asphalt patch product first.
Apply sealcoating with a squeegee or sprayer in thin, even coats.
Keep vehicles and foot traffic off for at least 24-48 hours.
Reapply every 2-3 years to protect against UV and water damage.
